Hi, I’m Danielle, founder of Sticky Note Labs. I’ve had a lot of roles, but my favorite is as a facilitator who’s obsessed with making meetings meaningful.
Whether helping organizations brainstorm creative ad campaigns, develop a winning content strategy, or helping a team chart its direction, I’m passionate about what we can create together when we come together.
I’m a strategist with over a decade of experience helping political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and non-profits break the cycle of meetings that “could have been an email.”

My Approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
As a facilitator, I strive to create inclusive spaces that allow for creativity, vulnerability, and collaboration.
It is critical to center equity and belonging in how I bring people together. It's essential to the work of progressive organizations and nonprofits. I am committed to making intentional space for marginalized voices. I know I might sometimes stumble, as we all do, but I always try to stay open to feedback and question my own assumptions and my limited perspective as I do this work.
